The nominee must be eligible and suitable for the program. Selection may depend on financial need, community impact, location, home ownership/authorization, existing equipment condition, installation requirements, safety, code compliance, equipment compatibility, and program availability. 4. A home inspection may be required. If the nominee is chosen as a finalist, they may need to allow access to the home/property for an inspection before any final decision is made. 6. The program is intended to provide a donated residential heating and/or cooling system and standard installation at no cost to selected recipients. 7. The nominee may be required to sign additional documents before final approval, including eligibility, access, warranty, media, and release forms required by Lennox, the LII Lennox Foundation, or Lambton Heating & Cooling. 8. Stories, photos, videos, and nomination details may be used by Lambton Heating & Cooling, Lennox, the LII Lennox Foundation, and program partners for reviewing nominations, promoting the Feel The Love program, sharing the recipient story, and community/media purposes, unless otherwise restricted by law. 9. Personal information will be used only for program-related purposes, including reviewing the nomination, contacting the nominee or nominator, coordinating inspections, selecting recipients, completing installation, warranty registration, and related program communication. 10.
